We had a builder working on the rest of the house and he couldn’t believe how well the kitchen was made and put in, and the after sales service from Rosemount was fantastic

The designer’s ideas and enthusiasm for the job helped persuade us to go for it ... after we saw the design we thought ‘let’s spend the money and do this properly’. The level of care at all stages is something I haven’t seen from other businesses.

Rosemount Services Geelong, Torquay and the Surf Coast
Kitchen and bathroom renovations are major and complex undertakings - and you want to enjoy a new space that you'll just love for years to come.
Which is why it's so important to select a provider who can best understand your unique needs and deliver exactly what you want.
That's what we do at Rosemount Kitchens. Product Review awarded us Victoria's Top Rated Kitchen Renovator; an award that means more than any industry accolade because it comes from the people who matter most - our clients.
But You're Based in Melbourne
Yes, we have three showrooms in Melbourne but we regularly take on projects outside the city - from Geelong and Torquay to the west, the Macedon Ranges in the north and as far south as Sorrento on the Mornington Peninsula.
Experienced kitchen designer Bradley Dossor lives in Torquay and has worked on many kitchen and bathroom renovations in Geelong and along the Surf Coast.
More often than not those customers came to him because they had struggled to find the right renovator locally. And they didn't want to risk their investment by settling for just "good enough".
There's actually no real practical difference in opting for a company like Rosemount for your renovation.
You might have to drive a bit longer to visit one of our showrooms - which we strongly recommend - but after that we come to you.
Bradley will meet you for a complimentary in-home consultation to discuss your plans and design your dream space.
Once you decide to go ahead, our team of trusted tradespeople will turn that dream into reality.
And it's all backed up by our renowned project management process that makes the renovation as hassle-free as possible for you, and delivers a result you'll love.
We mean it when we say we don't consider a job done until our client is 100% happy.
Why not get started today by fillling out the form below or calling us on 1300 476 736 to discuss your project, and we'll be delighted to answer any questions.

how TO DO IT
1. Start by visiting a showroom
Visiting a showroom is vital so you can get a feel for what's possible in the design and function of your new kitchen. We've got three showrooms - with more than 20 full kitchen displays - in Oakleigh, Nunawading and Essendon.
Our Essendon showroom is most conveniently located if you're driving up from Geelong, Torquay or the Surf Coast.
2. Your Design Appointment
We offer a free consultation in the comfort of your own home with experienced local kitchen designer, Bradley Dossor . He will discuss your wishlist, provide ideas and advice, then measure your space, draw up plans and provide a detailed quote. You’ll also have the opportunity to view a 3D computer render of your future kitchen.
This is the most important stage of the renovation process. Bradley brings his expertise to guide you towards the very best kitchen that not only reflects you and your family, but also suits the style of your home.
3. Check measure, manufacture and installation
Organising tradespeople and managing the many moving parts of a complex renovation can be challenging, even for the experts. That’s why we’ve invested so much time and effort over the years refining and improving an installation process that minimises stress and maximises results for our clients.
Things go wrong with renovations because of misunderstandings and miscommunication - that’s not something you’ll experience with Rosemount.
Customer service matters
We believe the renovation process is just as important than the end result, because a renovation is a significant inconvenience in our lives, even when it goes really well. Our customer reviews often talk most about their positive experience.
That’s why, from start to finish - and beyond - we aim to go the extra mile to make sure you are happy. You will be assigned a personal project manager who keeps you informed, checks in regularly and answers any questions you might have.
Common Renovation Questions
There's no firm answer to that question, but we've got a page that goes into how much a kitchen costs that'll give you a very good idea.
No two kitchens are the same. For example, a kitchen renovation involving the removal of walls and replacement of the flooring will take longer than a project involving the replacement of cabinets, benchtops and splashback. Other considerations include plastering, painting and flooring, which are often completed after the installation.
As a general guide, most renovations take around three weeks to get to the point where you will be able to start using your new kitchen.
Always be aware that a kitchen renovation is a major disruption to a household (and walk away from any provider who tries to tell you otherwise). We make it our priority to keep the process as smooth, quick and hassle-free as possible.
When you renovate with Rosemount you get a dedicated project manager who will keep you updated at regular pre-agreed intervals, and who you can contact directly at any time. We understand the importance of good communication during a renovation - there are few things more frustrating than not knowing what's going on or what's about to happen. We ensure our clients never find themselves in that position.
Renovation companies can often disappear as quickly as they appear, so make sure the one you choose has a track record.
If the business has been trading for several years, has at least one showroom and lots of positive reviews on independent websites, that’s an encouraging sign.
Rosemount Kitchens has been trading since 2010. We have three showrooms in Oakleigh, Nunawading and Essendon. Our owners, staff and sub-contractors have worked in the industry for more than 20 years.
Also, make sure you choose a business that has a clear and documented process, from consultation and design to quoting and installation. Ask if there is a timeline with milestones as well as a start and end date. Be wary of operators who provide vague answers to these questions - you run a higher risk of the project being delayed or derailed because of a lack of planning and organisation.
Rosemount uses a proven start-to-finish process that includes clear and regular communication with our clients. You have a designated point of contact to speak to at any time.
One of the most important parts of planning a renovation is to check your company has the licences legally required to carry out work in your home.
For any kitchen, bathroom or laundry renovation that costs over $10,000, the business or tradesperson you engage must be a Registered Building Practitioner with the Victorian Building Authority (VBA) and enter into a Domestic Building Contract with you. When the job is above $16,000, they must provide you with Domestic Building Insurance (DBI). The company takes this out for you and, prior to signing, must provide you with a Certificate of Currency.
This is so important. If you use an unregistered builder or tradesperson, you risk having no protection from poor quality work, or if the project falters. The work will also not be covered by Domestic Building Insurance.
Rosemount is a Registered Building Practitioner (Licence No: CDB-L 48241). We are approved by the VMIA to purchase Domestic Building Insurance on behalf of our clients.
We use Domestic Building Contracts, and our staff and tradespeople hold all necessary licenses.
Cabinets, benches, fittings and accessories supplied by Rosemount Kitchens come with a 10-year warranty. Blum hinges and drawer runners are guaranteed for the life of the product, while other accessories are guaranteed for at least one year.
Absolutely. One of our core values at Rosemount is to make sure clients are 100% happy with their new kitchen. So you can be sure that if there are any unexpected issues, we will work with you until they are solved and you are happy.
This is something other companies might not tell you, but in a project as large and complex as a kitchen renovation there is sometimes human error. Mistakes are uncommon, but they happen from time to time.
In instances like this, our clients tell us it’s how the company deals with the issue – not the issue itself – that matters most. And we will always rectify any issues and won’t leave a property until the client is 100% happy.
What they say
GEORGIA WRIGHT
Not only did we end up with a stunning new kitchen but the process of getting there was made easy and enjoyable by a team of professionals who provided first-class service throughout the process from design to installation.
ANDREA LOWE
'If it's not perfect, it's not Rosemount', was the mantra we heard all along during our kitchen reno. If anything was even slightly less than perfect, they fixed it quickly, happily, and often before we even recognised any issue. They worked to their time frame, kept us informed every step of the way, and were a delight to deal with.
